Cross-window tabs
See and manage Chrome tabs across all open windows.
When work spreads into several windows, the tab strip stops telling the truth. SignalTabs gives you one new-tab dashboard for seeing, jumping, gathering, and cleaning up across ordinary Chrome windows in the current Profile.

Quick answer
How to see Chrome tabs across windows
Chrome windows are useful until you cannot remember which one contains the doc, dashboard, issue, or article you need. SignalTabs replaces the new tab page with a dashboard that shows ordinary open windows in the current Chrome Profile and groups pages by domain.
The goal is not to force every tab into one permanent system. It is to make the current browser state visible enough that you can choose a small action: jump to an existing page, close duplicates, gather windows, save a page for later, or search browser context with Spotlight.
Find first
Jump instead of opening another copy.
When you cannot find a page, it is easy to search again and create another tab. SignalTabs helps you focus the existing tab across windows, which reduces duplicates and keeps the browser closer to the work you already started.
Gather carefully
Bring scattered work into the current window.
When you want one operating window again, SignalTabs can gather tabs from other Chrome windows into the current one. If native Chrome tab groups are involved, the optional group permission is requested only when the gather action needs it.
Decision table
What to do when windows multiply.
| Problem |
Smallest useful action |
Why it helps |
| You remember the site, not the window. |
Scan domain groups or use Spotlight. |
You avoid reopening the same page again. |
| Several windows contain the same service. |
Close obvious duplicates first. |
The cleanup is narrow and easy to inspect. |
| You want one active work surface. |
Gather other windows into the current one. |
Tabs move only after you choose the operation. |
| You may need a page later. |
Save it for later instead of keeping another window open. |
The page becomes a follow-up item, not more tab-strip pressure. |
Install path
Turn scattered windows into one readable browser map.
Add SignalTabs, open a new tab, and start by finding the pages already open before you create more copies.
